Spiritual direction is a contemplative relationship centered on attentive listening, spiritual discernment, and deepening awareness of the Sacred.

Through meaningful conversation and reflection, we explore your spiritual experiences, practices, questions, and relationship with the Divine, however you understand or experience it.

Spiritual direction is not about being told what to believe or how to live. It is an opportunity to discover, understand, and deepen your own spiritual path in the presence of a compassionate companion.

Sliding Scale & Financial Accessibility

Financial circumstances should not prevent someone from seeking meaningful spiritual accompaniment.

I offer sliding-scale fees for individuals experiencing financial difficulty.

Reduced rates are determined individually, taking into consideration your financial circumstances and the availability of appointments.

No. My ministry is interfaith and welcomes individuals of all religious and spiritual traditions, as well as those who are questioning their beliefs or do not identify with an organized religion.

Is spiritual counseling psychotherapy?

No. Spiritual counseling is a non-clinical ministry service and does not include mental health diagnosis, psychotherapy, or psychological treatment. It is not a substitute for licensed mental health services.

Can I request a reduced session fee?
